The Award Winning "Patton's Bakery" commenced trading in 2004 in Newtownard's Northern Ireland. Patton's is a family owned traditional bakery and is personally run and developed by Warren Patton, its owner, a highly qualified, well known and respected baker of some 22 years’ experience. Warren has established in his bakery an Award Winning baking tradition using his own unique baking recipes, techniques and flare for producing High Quality Breads, Cakes and Savouries.

In 2010 Patton's Bakery re-located to a new purpose built 5000sq ft. site in Kiltonga Industrial Estate, Newtownard's. This move reflected the continual annual growth of the business since 2004 and demonstrates the confidence in the Patton's products, coupled with Warren Patton's personal commitment in re-investing substantial amounts of capital in the region of one million pounds plus in new state-of-the-art bakery machinery and technology.

Patton's Bakery currently employs 26 qualified staff and operates a delivery fleet of 5 modern road vehicles serving both the retail trade and the Food Service Industry within Northern Ireland.
This dedication to the baking industry has resulted in Patton's being recognised and awarded "Best New Business award by the Ard's Borough Council and nominated for a prestigious Janus award recognised in the Food and Hospitality Industry as a supplier of the year, which was won by Patton's Bakery on the 11th May 2012.

Being located in North East Co. Down Patton's Bakery is actively involved with and helps local charitable organisations in both fund raising activities and support, as Warren puts it, “If your community helps to make your business a success, it’s important to try and give something back"
